I see the body as a place to connect the nervous system with the emotional and physical bodies. Working with bodies to restore well being, enhance awareness, deepen relaxation and relieve pain. Every session is unique to the moment in support of each individual. We can release patterns of tension to create ease and feel more expansive. My practice of yoga, qi gong and meditation has deeply shaped my understanding of the body and how I want to guide others in their own journey of healing.
I studied at Diamond LIght School of Massage and Healing Arts. I am an ongoing student of Thai massage with Tim Holt and of craniosacral work with the Milne Institute.
