Thai Massage
My approach to massage combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai and Craniosacral techniques.

Thai massage, from the same tradition as yoga, uses passive stretching and compression techniques to open the channels of the body. Different from yoga, the passive stretching allows for more therapeutic results because you can get out of your own way thus moving in ways one would otherwise not be able to alone. This form is practiced on a mat on the floor. Wear loose clothing that allows for easy movement, like you would for a yoga class.
Craniosacral can be a very gentle yet profound form of bodywork using contact to connect with the movement of cerebrospinal fluids. It integrates the physical, emotional and energetic bodies. Learn more at Milne Institute.
